At Sunrise Tex, our manufacturing unit is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including high-tech Juki machines. This enables us to ensure the finest craftsmanship and top-quality finish in every product we create. Take a glimpse into our state-of-the-art facilities where comfort and precision come together.
The company spread across 2 production units with state of art textile machinery spread across 25,000 sq ft. with a production capacity of around 100,000 bed sets per month. The company has emerged strongly since its birth and has efficient, experienced staff members. Each division is leaded by a group of qualified, experienced and motivated supervisors who overlook and control quality through every step of production. The company also houses merchandisers, designers of international standards and various other teams concentrating exclusively on particular processes.
The company exports around 1.25 million bed sets and around 1 million meters fabric to European countries every year.
Sunrose Tex is certified Oekotex – STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® that is a worldwide consistent testing certificate for finished textile products as well as accessories used in producing textile products including threads, zippers, buttons, elastics and carelabels, etc. This certificate infers that we not only produce quality goods but also use AZO free materials that are free from concentrations of harmful substances in our products.
Sunrise Tex is certified A Grade amfori BSCI compliant company that signifies that the company does not discriminates on the basis of age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, race or religion of the employees. We work towards providing safe and healthy working conditions to our employees and also work towards protecting the environment.
